La Jolla Shores Night Dive

I had some urge to see nudibranchs, so headed out to the north of Vallecitos point. The condition has been very good. Last night the street was packed with divers but tonight it was empty. Water temp: 57F, viz: 15+(as far as my light can go), and basically no surge. Saw all things: octopus, horn sharks, different shrimps, crabs with various colors and shapes, all kinds of fish…you name it…nothing really uncommon. This little crab on the tip of grass made a really good video.

Also saw quite a few other nudies, including a few California Armina and lion’s nudies. So it was a relax and fun dive.
