A Night Dive at the Shores

Headed out to the shores for a night dive – what a great relaxation to be able to get into the water. The conditions were about average. All the creature were out and about. The night belongs to the octopus. They are all out, hunting on the canyon wall.

But one exciting sighting was right on the plat above the Vallecitos Point – a tiny creature I thought was a nudibranch. It turns out to be a Flabelliderma papillosa. Very cool found.

I was in deco and the water was surgy, otherwise I could take a video and more pictures.
