Surf: 2’ some powerI arrived at V street to meet Weiwei, and discovered that not 1, but 2 of my tanks were on E. Blah. Started to reason that viz wouldn’t have been that great anyway, when Chad and Roy arrived – and Chad had a partially filled extra 120.
First time wearing a 120. Quite cumbersome.
In the shallows, as I took off one glove to fix a mal adjusted wrist seal, a nice big Angel Shark swam right up to me and deposited itself in front of me. It must have known, and taunted me. As soon as I fumbled for the record button, it bolted.
A few Pipefish were out, small Cusk Eels, the usual suspects in the Cardinalfish den, and Hemphills Crabs swaying in the breeze.
VP has been quiet for some time now, only a few Cowries out, some Brittle Stars, and the Crown Urchin in its usual spot.
The Swimming Crabs in the shallows were extra feisty tonight. The surf had calmed down quite a bit, but a rogue wave still took me out.
